Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art

Kansas City has many things that make it home for me . . . The Nelson is probably one of my top five. An entire building dedicated to different mediums of art across time just speaks volumes in so many ways (and languages)  You could spend a full day here and still not have enough time to taken in all it offers. A calmness cascades over me after every visit, fascination and wonder entrap me in it's beauty. The architecture itself is an statement of art , old and new! I hope you get the chance to visit such an amazing place.
